What is an aparthotel?

An aparthotel is a hotel in an apartment setting. You have an apartment style space including full kitchens and living areas with hotel features, such as day to day stays, cleaned rooms upon arrival and fully stocked linens. 

We are a smoke free property, that means that there is no smoking of any kind, any where on our entire property. If you choose to break this rule, you will incur a $1,500 fee. 

What is your pet policy?

We allow dogs to stay  onsite. We do require a $50 pet fee and we require pets to be on a leash at all times while outside. We have pet stations located around the property and require that you clean up after your pet. 

Is smoking allowed?

Can I book an entire building?

If you want to block off an entire building for a family stay or a group getaway, we offer building buy-outs. We put a hold on the building of your choice and allow your group to book during the time frame that is decided. Our buildings have 4-9 spaces each. Which can accommodate 12-22 people per building. Please submit an inquiry below for further details.

We do offer room blocks for weddings and events offsite. If you would like to set up a block for your party, give us a call or submit an inquiry below. 

Are the spaces different? 

All of our spaces have a unique flare. However, each space has the same quality of stay for our guest. You will find the same amenities and utensils available in each space regardless of the decorations. First floor units do have an extended patio with al fresco dining.
